Carlos Brings 15+ years of engineering background, managing complex projects, supervision of operations & logistics, recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excecutive Director
Edgar brings 15+ years of experience in finance and business administration. He oversees how projects are structured — the numbers, the contracts, the client relationship.
We didn't start as developers. We started as designers and hosts — and every project we take on still goes through those two filters: is it beautifully designed, and would a guest love staying here? 4 Elements Tower, our first development, is where all of that converges.

Boutique development. 4 Elements Tower — it's a nine residences project inside Lunara Riviera Maya, located in Akumal — is our first development project. Deliberately small, deliberately personal: we're involved in every decision, from architecture to the day we hand over the keys.
